The team has generated significant and widespread press coverage by explaining Moda’s business model and its initial focus on regional cities; making its founders a key part of discussions around the future of housing; and supporting the company’s growth with credibility-building press pieces in national newspapers.
Our work included promoting Moda’s groundbreaking partnership with Uber, the first between the ride sharing app and a UK developer. It also includes regular updates on the development of Moda’s UK wide rental portfolio, including developments in Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
We also managed Moda’s response to the collapse of Carillion, which had been overseeing construction at their flagship Angel Gardens development in Manchester, and we controlled messaging that led to Moda’s sister firm Caddick Construction taking over the project with less than two weeks disruption to the construction time.
