As well as establishing the Essential Living brand in the marketplace, the focus has been on explaining and promoting the entire concept of build to rent. Our efforts have helped win numerous awards from the Sunday Times, EG and RIBA as well as an immense amount of positive media coverage including Property Week, Homes and Property in the Evening Standard and The Times.

Our local campaigning support has also been crucial in many critical planning decisions and large public debates in Archway, Greenwich, Swiss Cottage and Brentford.
